在学校有活动（如新年晚会，运动会，艺术节，游园会，戏剧节，音乐会，等）时，安排一定量的社员携带他们的相机设备，记录下活动中的同学们的照片，并在日常的组织齐聚中学习了解相关相机的使用知识和技巧，如基础的硬件设备的使用功能，不同品牌相机的区别和历史由来，如何构图，取景等。
通过拍摄或活动照片可以提供给供学校、活动组织者或组织社团留念及使用。时常有许多社团组织在组织大型活动的同时需要人手帮忙拍摄，用于公众号发文或记录活动照片。但是本身筹备活动就已经需要耗费许多精力了，所以摄影这个职位可以交给摄影社来解决。
During school events such as New Year’s parties, sports days, art festivals, picnics, drama festivals, concerts, and more, a certain number of club members are assigned to bring their camera equipment to capture photos of their fellow students during the activities. Additionally, they learn about the relevant camera usage knowledge and techniques during regular club gatherings. This includes understanding the basic functions of hardware equipment, differences and historical backgrounds of various camera brands, as well as principles of composition and framing.
The photos taken during these events serve as mementos and resources for the school, event organizers, or the club itself. Often, many club organizations require extra hands to assist in capturing photos while organizing large-scale events for posting on social media or for documenting the event. However, organizing such events already demands a considerable amount of effort, which is why the photography role can be delegated to the Photography Club to handle.
